Insulation Workers, Floor, Ceiling, and Wall

Insulation workers install and replace the materials used to insulate buildings or mechanical systems.Must be able to handle, roll, and move bundles/bags of batt insulation.Must be able to measure and handle a batt knife for precise cuts to fit material into specificspaces to ensure proper fit and coverage.Must be able to perform/install Grade 1 insulation on every job-site - perfect cuts in every wall/ceiling cavity, cut around wires, pipes.Seal gaps or cracks in walls, ceilings, floors, and crawl spaces to prevent air leakage.Install mesh fabric (or netting) as well as vapor barriers to walls, ceilings, and/or crawl spaces.Must be able to climb a ladder.Must be able to safely walk and work in attics.Operate equipment that blows fiberglass/cellulose insulation by carrying/holding a hose up to300 feet long, weighing 50+ lbs., carry hose from truck to any part of house and/or carry up highrise building(s).Must be able to operate power tools to cut holes in plywood and/or drywall to install loose-fillmaterial into wall/ceiling cavities.
