To ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the carpenters and schedule their day to day tasks. Provide guidance to carpenters on proper technique and standards of work.
Ensure tasks and calls are completed to a high standard.
Plan and estimate materials lists for projects and shop stock.
Maintain all public areas and guestrooms on an on-going basis (corner guards, locks, windows, doors, furniture.)
Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
Clean all work areas after completing job.
Complete Work requests in Synergy daily.
Have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools.
Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels' rules and regulations.
Answer all guest and associate related Synergy requests
Assist with Capital improvement projects.
Property improvement projects
Qualifications
Monday - Friday 1st shift schedule with rotating weekends.
Extensive building / carpentry background from frame to finish.
Basic computer knowledge to include office products
Experience leading a 3-5 person team
