Duties:

Performs preventative maintenance on all types of HVAC equipmentInspects and repairs all types of HVAC equipment in the work areaPerforms routine repairs on HVAC systems (exhaust fans, refrigerators, etc.)Cleans and maintains all work areas and equipment regularly (e.g., vacuum cleaners, trash cans, mops, etc.)Performs other duties as assigned (e.g., painting, cleaning, etc.)Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning and heating systemsProvide field service for HVAC systemsEnsure compliance with safety protocols and regulationsTroubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipmentCompany DescriptionSmall growing family own company.
