Job Title: Production Welder / Metal Fabricator

Location: Keene, NH

Job Type: Direct Hire Opportunity

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime Available)

Pay Rate: $20 - $30/hour (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturingpany in Keene, NH to hire experienced Production Welders and Metal Fabricators for a direct hire opportunity. This position requires proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, especially with stainless steel and bronze. If you're a skilled welder who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and bronzeponents

Read and interpret blues, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols

Use a variety of tools including grinders, torches, and welding machines

Assemble fabricated parts with accuracy using measuring tools and jigs

Conduct quality inspections on welds and finalponents to ensure standards are met

Maintain a clean and safe work environment inpliance with safety policies

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience, preferably with stainless steel and bronze

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blues

Proficient with hand tools and metal fabrication machinery

Strong attention to detail andmitment to quality workmanship

Welding certifications are a plus, but not required

Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
