Work Includes: Re-feed wiring to restore power to multiple 1st floor outlets and ceiling fan circuits (Approx. 80 ft run: 12 ft up, 5 ft across, 12 ft down from panel) Restore power to 9 ceiling fans (already installed wiring only) Repair/restore power to 11 non-functioning outlets Replace and upsize 2 circuit breakers (currently overloaded tripping frequently) Install a new dedicated outlet on its own breaker for a 24/7 A/C unit (Must verify amperage needs; wire from panel to new outlet location and install breaker) Job Notes: Wire continuity testing shows likely broken/damaged wire No GFCI or tripped breakers found re-feed required Breakers may only be upsized if wire gauge is code-compliant (Electrician must verify) New A/C outlet must be on its own circuit and installed to code Schedule: Walkthrough: Today, 4-5 PM .
