Lead Journeyman Electrician** Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Lead Journeyman Electrician** for commercial work around the **Kansas City Metro** . The pay range is **$30-$44** per hour based on experience. All Electricians are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. **Ultimate Job Duties** + **5+ years of experience** + Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and specifications. + Comprehensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems. + Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. + Knowledge of change orders, building plans, and installation manuals. + Excellent planning and execution skills. + Proven ability to lead, train, and develop team members. + Relevant certifications and a valid driver's license. + Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test. **Key Responsibilities:** + In planning, anticipate challenges, be mindful of the budget, document delays, communicate clearly, and take ownership. + Lead your team with accountability and mentorship, maintaining morale while patiently teaching others and upholding safety guidelines. + To ensure a successful project, adhere to plan specifications and codes, maintain the schedule, and accurately take off material. + Navigate problem-solving, manage change orders effectively, and have a firm grasp on your scope of work. + Willingness to attend meetings, provide feedback to the team, and coordinate with other stakeholders. **Mental Expectations:** Candidates must be self-driven, capable of multitasking, and able to manage dynamic priorities. Effective communication with customers, vendors, and team members, especially in challenging situations, is crucial.
