-Ability to "Walk the Cup" and be familiar with using hard automation such as plasma weld-around.
-Fabricate and assemble components and parts-Measure, cut, grind and shape components using various tools
-Follow Quality assurance procedures and processes.
-Meet and maintain quality and performance expectations, including productivity, efficiency, and time management, all while maintaining a high-level of attention to details.
-Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.
-Other duties may be assigned to accommodate the needs of the company.
-Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints, layouts, and other types of work orders and instructions.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
