The hours and salary will be discussed.****: {#job_details_ats_requisition_description}The Project Coordinator is responsible for executing specific task items of projects that support the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager with overall planning and oversight for those projects. PCISS requires core competencies that are focused on New Construction and Renovation Projects by - Design or Design-Build Construction Projectsby - Design or Design-Build Construction Projects on Government Facilities including but not limited to USACE/NAVFAC/NAVSEA/AF, DoD, DHS, FBI, ATF, DOE, DOI and other agencies.The following areminimumrequirements and expectations of performance to ensure that PCI-SS meets our clients' needs on Federal Government Project Sites.- Development of detailed scopes and assist in project design, subcontractor selection, take-offs, layout, cost estimation, budgeting, project scheduling , and other project suppor- Support Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager in the management and coordination of subcontractors, materials, equipment, budgets, schedules, contracts, and safety of employees.- Directly Support Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager/ Site Superintendents as assigned to ensure quality control, project delivery on time and on budget while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.- Obtain, review, action, and track all submittals- Create weekly summarized reports of all assigned projects and submits to Project Manager.- Assist Project Manager in maintaining and updating project schedules to reflect current information, monitor critical path activities and tracking of outstanding items.- Create, organize, update, publish, and file documentation such as emails, communications, agreements, etc.- Prepare and track both project RFIs and project change orders- Ensure accurate record keeping supporting Davis Bacon/Prevailing Wage Requirements of Certified Payroll Reports is properly kept and reported by Superintendent and Subcontractors.- Strong verbal, written, computer, technical, communication, and presentation skills.- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Projects. Provide daily construction, administrative and technical management of construction projects- Additional requirements may be required, and we will work with the right candidate to assume the roles of the position.
