Location: Chino, CA ???? Project Value: $50M We're hiring a Superintendent to manage field operations for a 2-year, ground-up community space with multiple event and learning components. What You'll Do: Lead field execution, inspections, and subcontractor scheduling Maintain site safety, logistics, and field reporting Work closely with city stakeholders and design teams for a smooth build You Bring: 5+ years in civic/commercial field supervision Familiarity with community centers, libraries, or public spaces Organized and clear communicator with a strong safety mindset A stable resume and desire to build meaningful, public-facing work
