Estimator (Industrial Construction)

Essential Functions: Understand and assist in the development of customer needs Gather and analyze quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers. Research materials, equipment, and labor costs Understand and implement risk mitigation strategies on a per project basis Timely and efficiently complete multiple assigned tasks Prepare and submit proposals to potential customers Develop proficiency in the use of company estimating systems and processes Interpret scopes of work and project documents to develop bidding strategy Requirements: Experience in estimation, procurement, or project management preferred Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent organizational skills along with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Team Player who displays professionalism and promotes a positive workplace. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Experience in Quote Soft or like software preferred
