Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, with 10+ years of experience managing construction projects Proven success managing large-scale industrial or manufacturing construction projects, preferably 1M+ sq ft facilities Manage entire project lifecycle: pre-construction planning, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and close-out Supervise and mentor assistant project managers, superintendents, and support staff Develop and maintain milestone schedules, value engineering, subcontractor coordination, and long-lead procurement planning Ensure safety, quality, and compliance through proactive management of jobsite practices and documentation Oversee project financials: cost tracking, forecasting, subcontractor contracts, and monthly P&L reporting Manage client and design team relationships; resolve constructability issues and ensure smooth project delivery Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory authorities throughout the construction process Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
