Preferred Experience/Qualification/Knowledge Skills

a. Education: Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems or related technical field and one (1) year minimum of relevant experience

b. General Experience: At least 1-year experience in a project coordinator role. Basic understanding of project management principles. Excellent customer service skills. General knowledge of project management software. Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office 365 applications

c. Specialized Experience Develop concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, the budget, and outlining the duties of each team member.

Collaborate with various teams and conduct meetings to develop project plans. Experience identifying project goals and setting a timeline for the project.

Ability to manage diverse project teams to ensure successful task completion.

Responsible for gathering and documenting all project artifacts.

Comfort speaking to large groups and senior management.
