This role involves repetitive tasks, providing an opportunity for training in additional duties for individuals who demonstrate reliability and capability. Responsibilities Paint small valves in a manufacturing environment. Perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency. Maintain good attendance and punctuality. Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and complete tasks reliably. Participate in training for additional duties, as needed. Essential Skills 6 months of manufacturing experience . Proven good attendance history. Basic math skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in labor, paint, production, forklift operation, assembly, warehouse, and manufacturing. Work Environment The role is based in a heat treat plant, characterized by high temperatures and a dirty environment. The painting area is air-conditioned, offering relief from the heat. Safety is a priority; steel toes and safety boots are mandatory, and safety glasses are provided. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, Pennsylvania Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
