2nd Shift Assembler I - Fabricator

Key Responsibilities: + Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand fabrication requirements. + Operate various fabrication equipment, including CNC machines, welders, and hand tools, to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts. + Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and practices. + Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets. + Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise. + Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in metal fabrication is a plus. + Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, or related fields. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
