Civil Project Engineer - Land Development Location: San Antonio, TX Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Our client is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join their growing land development team in the San Antonio metro area. This role is ideal for an individual with 3+ years of industry experience who is looking to expand their expertise in land development and infrastructure design. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of commercial and residential projects, collaborating with internal teams, agency staff, and clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions. Responsibilities: Prepare design drawings and exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D Coordinate with agency staff and internal teams to address design, analysis, and project-related issues Support the development of construction drawings, including grading plans, storm drain, water, and sewer designs, as well as signage and striping plans Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate required (PE preferred) 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on land development projects Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a proactive design approach Key Skills & Attributes: Outgoing, team-oriented, and approachable personality Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients and team members Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture and anticipate project needs Open to feedback and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment Capable of working independently as well as part of a team This is an excellent opportunity for a driven civil engineer to gain hands-on experience, work on a variety of local land development projects throughout Dallas, and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
