Construction Project Superintendent
Be part of building something that lasts. Our client is seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple commercial construction sites. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project integrity, maintaining timelines, and keeping subcontractors aligned all while ensuring the finished product meets the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
Directly oversee and coordinate subcontractor crews on site
Conduct daily project reviews and ensure materials and resources are on track
Ensure quality control and resolve job site conflicts or delays
Interact with clients, inspectors, engineers, and staff with professionalism
Review and enforce building plans, specifications, and safety standards
Monitor job progress from both a hands-on and strategic level
Begin each day at the office, then manage field operations from job sites
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
Strong working knowledge of structural and MEP trades
Comfortable with On Screen (Takeoff Software) and Microsoft Office Suite
OSHA Certification required; OSHA 10 preferred
Familiarity with small-scale carpentry tasks, ACTs, drywall, and finishing work
Experience using construction management software in the field
