Job Description
We are urgently looking for an experienced Operating Superintendent for a well-established excavation and grading contractor in the Kansas City area. This is a long-term role with steady local work home every night.
What You'll Do:
Lead crews on commercial, residential, and mining excavation/grading projects
Operate equipment while managing daily field operations
Coordinate with PMs, clients, and inspectors to keep projects on track
Enforce safety, schedule, and quality standards on site
What They're Looking For:
5+ years of field leadership in excavation and grading
Ability to read plans and manage crews and schedules
Skilled equipment operator with strong communication and organization
