Our team provides sound, common sense solutions for a wide range of projects including land surveying, municipal engineering, land development, permitting, environmental services, stormwater management, and construction management. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Civil Engineer. The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing civil engineering projects, performing stormwater management, and site development. The role will require some in-person work in Williamsport with flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Civil Engineering Design and Site Development skills Experience in Stormwater Management and Quality Control Experience in ESCGP and NPDES permitting Experience in Land Development and Subdivision processes Experience in Municipal Zoning processes. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft 365 software Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Experience in land surveying is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 3-5 years of professional experience Engineering-in-Training (EIT) license with the goal of obtaining a Professional Engineer (PE) license Benefits 401(K) with company matching Dental and Vision Insurance Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO)
