General Labor - Concrete Finisher

We're looking for a hard-working, reliable Concrete Finisher to join our crew. This is a hands-on role requiring experience in concrete placement, finishing, and repair work. Set up and prepare job sites including setting forms and ensuring proper reinforcement Place and spread concrete using shovels, rakes, and straightedges Level and smooth concrete surfaces using screeds, trowels, floats, and other tools Apply curing and surface treatments to concrete Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks Willingness to work in various outdoor weather conditions Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude Must have own PPE Gear and reliable transportation Must bring own tools some tools will be provided (Electric, Drilling, Bandsaw, and etc.) Long Term Possibility Monday - Sunday - Lots of overtime 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
