Job Description:
We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our interiors division. Assistant Project Managers will be provided with training to support their professional development. We're looking for Assistant Project Managers that stand above and beyond their peers and can appreciate the quality of the process as well as the great end product.
Responsibilities:
Develop purchasing strategies to proactively resolve early pre-construction challenges.
Lead all project phases: pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction.
Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction with top subcontractors.
Partner with the Superintendent to maintain accurate project schedules.
Monitor financial data to quickly identify and address performance issues.
Manage requisitions and collections to ensure timely payments.
Build strong relationships with clients, co-workers, subcontractors, vendors, and designers to uphold world-class service.
Foster positive subcontractor relations through professionalism, fairness, and consistent team alignment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2+ years' general contractor experience
2+ years' project management experience
