Your new role

Oversee multiple projects at a time

Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders

Lead cross-functional teams to success

Ensure smoothmunication between stakeholders

Manage risks and ensure project success

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

Ensurepliance with safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience with base building projects valued between $10-15 million.

Strong understanding ofplex mechanical and electrical systems, as well as concrete and structural integrity.

Mechanical or HVAC background is preferred.

Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and estimating change orders.

Ability to travel 1-2 times per month, typically for one night at a time.

Capability to handle multiple projects at a time
