Your new role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning topletion.
Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuringpliance with safety regulations, and maintaining clearmunication with clients and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven project management experience in ground-up construction
Strong leadership andmunication skills
Ability to work under pressure, stay organized, and have a positive attitude
Experience in office buildings, mixedmercial, and education is preferred.
Ability to manage 2-5 projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
