Hiring CNC Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) in Montgomery County, PA!**
We are immediately and interviewing for a direct hire CNC Maintenance Mechanic. In this role, you would be responsible for maintaining CNC Equipment in a dynamic shop environment. Stable opportunity with room to grow and overtime available. Apply here to be considered further!
+ Trouble shoots and repairs CNC controls and a variety of highly technical electronic equipment..
+ Maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems (including CNC Controls)
+ Repairs and maintains CNC machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production equipment
+ Diagnose issues with HMI, Drives and power supplies.
**Skills**
+ Troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance, Maintenance technician, maintenance repair, cnc maintenance, PLC troubleshooting
+ Knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software.
+ Shop has CNC Lathes and Mills HAAS, Moriseiki Doosan, Yama seiki, as well as Manual machines for rework/fixturing (not used much)
The working hours for this position are 1st shift (5am-3:30pm M-TH). Overtime is optional, typically ranging from 5 to 10 hours per week

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $79040.00/yr.
$150/month for perfect attendance and an additional opportunity to be entered into a drawing for $1,000 for perfect attendance in a quarter
