Entry Level HVAC Technician

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated HVAC apprentice to assist our skilled technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. This is an entry-level position with room for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Handle materials, tools, and equipment used on job sites.
Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized.
Provide general support to the team during projects.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Load and unload equipment and supplies.
Help with inspections and diagnostics as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in construction, labor, or HVAC is a plus, but NOT required.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
