Construction Project Safety Manager

Join a nationally recognized construction firm as a Construction Site Safety Manager leading high-profile data center projects. Project locations include Dallas, TX, Columbus OH, and Reston, VA. Preference given to candidates open to travel to various locations, but client will consider local and relocating candidates as well. You'll play a critical role in driving site safety excellence, ensuring compliance, and supporting a culture of proactive risk management.

responsibilities:

• Lead and enforce site-specific EH&S programs on a large-scale data center project.
  
  
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  
  
• Train and mentor teams on OSHA compliance and safe work practices.
  
  
• Collaborate with subcontractors to develop and implement job hazard analyses.
  
  
• Maintain all required EH&S documentation and reports.
  
  
• Ensure zero-citation regulatory compliance and improve project safety metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
  
  
• 4+ years of construction safety experience, preferably in data centers.
  
  
• OSHA 30 certification required; CHST or CSP preferred.
  
  
• Proven understanding of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
  
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  
  
• Ability to travel locally and work on-site full time.
