• Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience estimating in the heavy civil construction industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and experience using estimating software.
• Demonstrate a history of successful & profitable relationships with past clients and organizations.
• Develop new business and work closely with existing clients.
• Prepare take-offs, collaborate with leadership on costs/budgeting, labor/subcontractors, materials/equipment, contract proposals, keep records, etc.
