Were looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations at our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Marietta, PA. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a skilled, multi-craft maintenance team and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance of all plant equipment. You'll be responsible for driving equipment uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshooting repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Youll also serve as a key safety leaderpromoting safe work practices, conducting risk assessments, and leading root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to support long-term equipment reliability and operational excellence. This is a critical leadership role where youll have a direct impact on plant productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.

What Youll Do

  • Supervise daily activities of maintenance employees and contractors across multiple shifts.
  • Drive a zero-accident safety culture through safety assessments, training, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee routine and preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and repair operations.
  • Ensure optimal utilization and uptime of machinery by assigning work based on skillsets and need.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to solve production challenges and improve processes.
  • Support capital project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Manage work schedules, maintenance planning, and vendor/contractor coordination.
  • Participate in and lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement efforts across the facility.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance or production
  • Strong proficiency in mechanical/electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance protocols
  • Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Proven project coordination and contractor management skills
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
