General Laborer

Job Description:
Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and equipment using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of storage containers

Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, sorting, and organizing inventory

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet manufacturing standards

Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards

Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts

Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required

Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions accurately and efficiently

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Forklift certification a plus (training available)
