We are a property management company looking for a full time employee to help with drywall and painting work. A qualified candidate should be able to complete all of the necessary work needed for to install drywall, caulk and patch woodwork, and complete both interior and exterior painting projects. This job will also include routine cleaning and light maintenance work as well.
We are a family owned company that has been in operation since 1954 and offer a consistent work schedule that does not require weekends. Our lead candidate should be really fit and able to work hard independently as well as on a team.
Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers license
Must have a reliable source of transportation
Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs (as this is required regularly)
Must be able to work on your feet and with your hands 6+ hours a day
Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum of 2 years' painting experience
Experience with hanging sheetrock (taping and mudding)
Ability to maintain a safe and productive work environment
