A leading General Contractor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager. They are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead and manage the construction of high-performance manufacturing facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely, on-budget completion of projects, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, design, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of construction efforts.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities within an automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage project budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenditures.
  • Implement risk management strategies to address project challenges and prevent delays.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, provide regular updates on project status and addressing concerns as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership to a team of construction professionals, ensuring smooth operations across all phases of the project.
  • Occasional Travel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [8] years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on automotive manufacturing or industrial facilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, codes, and best practices.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
