Professional Land Surveyor – Lead Projects from Field to Finish

Location: Within 1 hour of Fort Wayne, IN | Full-Time | On-Site Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 , plus incentive-based profit sharing

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead field survey operations: boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking

  • Draft plats, prepare legal descriptions, and review survey deliverables

  • Coordinate closely with engineering and construction teams

  • Operate and manage GPS/robotic total station equipment

  • Ensure compliance with state standards and project specifications

What You Bring:

  • Active Indiana PLS license (or ability to obtain in the near term)

  • 5+ years of land surveying experience, including field and office work

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and modern survey technology

  • Strong understanding of property boundaries, legal documentation, and construction layout

  • Ability to lead crews, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits:
