Commercial Construction Estimator

Commercial construction specialties (Division 10+) subcontractor in Northern Colorado is looking for an experienced estimator to join this growing organization. We are experiencing record sales and are looking for the next team member to help us continue that growth.

Successful candidate will be responsible for:

- creating complex take-offs and estimates

- retrieving and analyzing bid results

- building meaningful customer relationships through effective and frequent communication

- working with project manager to identify key projects and strategies for bidding

Qualified candidate will have 3+ years of experience in construction estimating. Division 10 experience helpful but not necessary. Familiarity with commercial construction, electronic take-offs, estimating software are essential. On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbooks a plus.
