Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Install Technician to join our team. As a Lead HVAC Install Technician, you will play a critical role in the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about their craft and looking for growth within the HVAC industry.

What we need done:

-Install all types of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
-Perform system inspections and assessments to determine installation requirements.
-Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeframe.
-Interpret and follow technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
-Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during installation processes.
-Test installed systems for proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
-Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
-Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
-Lead and mentor a team of apprentices and junior HVAC install techs.

Who we are looking for:

-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Knowledgeable of residential HVAC systems.
-Valid Journeyman's License and EPA Certifications.
-Prior lead experience a plus
-NATE Certifications a plus
-Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for learning.
-Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.
-Engaging personality that blends well in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
-Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
-Ability to pass a drug and background check.
