Location: Ellendale, ND (Travel Role)

About the Role

As a Mechanical Project Manager, youll be the go-to expert for all things MEPguiding teams, ensuring code compliance, optimizing systems, and delivering best-in-class results. From reviewing design documents to managing subcontractors and supporting commissioning, youll be at the heart of every phase of the project.

What Youll Need

Required:

  • 8+ years with mechanical/electrical or general contractors
  • 2+ years of MEP estimating experience
  • Strong understanding of MEP code compliance and constructability
  • Ability to develop detailed scopes of work and evaluate subcontractor proposals
  • Excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
  • Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and estimating software
  • Familiarity with Procore, AutoDesk, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office
  • OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze MEP design documents for compliance and constructability
  • Lead MEP subcontractor selection, RFP development, and scope definition
  • Coordinate pricing, submittals, and manpower to align with project goals
  • Support scheduling, procurement, and commissioning activities
  • Conduct site visits, identify deficiencies, and drive value engineering
  • Assist with closeout documentation and owner training

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
