Contract Administrator - Construction

Randstad is looking for someone with all of the administrative aspects of commercial construction projects from inception through completion. This position supports the Project Manager, with additional duties in accounting. You MUST HAVE experience or understanding of construction field operations. This position is 100% ON SITE at the client site and you must live within a 20 - 25 minute commute to the client in Villa Rica, GA. Responsibilities

• Customer payment applications and invoicing
• Contract administration
• Contract submittals, RFC and change orders
• Payment application
• Customer specific systems, such as Plan Grid a plus
• Project management support ie: plan uploads, field communication, contract folders
• Accounting system: Create/edit jobs, budgets, contracts, lower-tier contracts
• Manage purchase order system for job cost
• Job cost auditing
• Experience in the construction industry as a Project Assistant or Accounting Support
