Construction Laborer

Looking for experienced construction workers to work in Sierra Vista for a temporary project. $20. Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities Include:

Assist with excavation and preparation of concrete footers for outdoor installations.
Participate in the assembly and erection of shade structures in accordance with design specifications.
Utilize and maintain tools and equipment with safety and efficiency in mind.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
Work collaboratively with supervision to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet high-quality standards.
Maintain a professional attitude and demonstrate reliability in attendance and performance.
Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and address challenges.
Requirements:
Foundational knowledge of construction principles and prior relevant experience are highly preferred.
Proficiency with basic tools and the ability to learn new equipment as needed.
Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering quality results.
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to supervision.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
