**Position Summary: **The Construction Superintendent will report to the Construction Manager (CM) and will have direct input regarding house specifications, with emphasis on market (for sale) and product durability (market and LP), and will direct subcontractors in the field, providing Construction Quality Control with each subcontractor, and conduct field inspections as well as quality checks and enforcement.
Utilizing their field knowledge, the Construction Superintendent will provide input on construction budgets and will manage the day-to-day project progress and change orders, reviewing them for validity and completeness for CM approval. This role will also consistently evaluate the work of all contractors and report it to the CM, and will, working closely with the CM, will assist in the recruiting of new contractors.
This role will provide input on prospective property purchases for budget and programmatic requirements and will work closely with the CM on spec and drawing edits and changes. The Construction Superintendent will be the day-to-day lead on all on-site environmental compliance (lead, asbestos, radon) and will complete all other duties as assigned.

**The rate of pay for this position is $75,000 - $77,000 per year, commensurate with experience (FLSA Exempt).**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
Job site production and scheduling
Track contractor production
Manage and find savings in any job when possible
Coordinate subcontractors with interior contractors
Onsite inspections and enforcement of specifications for each project
Resolve (when possible) neighbor disputes and always inform superiors, and CHN
Subcontractors -- day-to-day communication and keep to specific timelines
Warranty calls -- site visit to determine if warranty applies or not
Punch list -- creation and coordination
Manages contractor and subcontractor base -- quality and timeliness
Manages jobsite safety and quality control standards
Other duties as assigne
