JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lead and Support the Team Supervise production

employees, ensuring they receive proper training, guidance, and

motivation to perform at their best. Foster a positive, team-oriented

work environment. Safety & Compliance Enforce workplace safety policies,

conduct safety training, ensure the use of personal protective equipment

(PPE), and respond promptly to accidents or near-miss incidents. Quality

Assurance Oversee production processes to ensure products meet or exceed

customer expectations. Identify non-conforming products, oversee rework,

and ensure quality control records are accurately maintained. Production

Efficiency Monitor production goals, address inefficiencies, and make

necessary adjustments to meet or exceed output expectations. Work

closely with scheduling teams to align production priorities. Workplace

Organization Maintain a clean and organized production floor by

conducting daily audits. Problem-Solving & Collaboration Work with

maintenance, engineering, and other teams to address production issues

and implement solutions. Policy Enforcement & Employee Management Uphold

company policies, manage employee schedules, approve time records, and

administer corrective actions when necessary. Address conflicts, provide

feedback, and participate in performance evaluations. Continuous

Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost

reductions, and efficiency enhancements. Actively participate in company

initiatives to improve overall operations. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE

AND QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of manufacturing processes normally

acquired through at least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a

similar working environment and/or Associates or Bachelor\'s degree in

management field required. Ability to lead a team environment a must.

Knowledge of finishing and the paint process for painting aluminum is

preferred. Must have experience reading blueprints and parts drawings.

Previous experience with small hand tools is beneficial. Ability to

multi-task and manage multiple priorities. Strong understanding of

production and quality processes required. Ability to work

independently, be self-directed, and work in a team environment.

Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. High levels of

interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and/or conflicting situations.

Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines. Must be able to

react to change productively and work in a fast-paced environment.
