This role plays a key role across JT\'s municipal, transportation, and
site development groups. Job Responsibilities Leading the structural
design of projects from concept through construction Mentoring junior
staff and performing quality control reviews of structural deliverables
Collaborating with colleagues and embracing JT\'s values and culture
Communicating effectively internally and externally Performing quality
work within established guidelines Assisting with the management of
project budgets Interpreting and adhering to internal Quality Control
processes \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Job
Requirements A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an
accredited university Minimum 5 years of relevant experience A
Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability
to obtain PE within 6 months of hire Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D,
Mathcad, RISA, LEAP Bridge, MDX, Eriksson Culvert and other comparable
structural design software Familiarity with the WisDOT, AASTHO, ASCE,
NDS, AISC, and other structural design codes (preferred) Excellent
written and verbal communication skills Technical competence to perform
project tasks independently Knowledge of client and internal software
required to complete projects A valid driver\'s license and reliable
transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend
conferences To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without
time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the
country where this position is located To occasionally travel
out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or
