Western Forest Products is hiring **Production Laborers** to join our **Calvert Division in Washougal, WA**.

**Shifts:** Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays), 6:00am -- 3:30pm

*Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing as well as background checks.*

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Set up glue room for daily production needs;

- Push out previous days production;

- Apply glue to boards and move boards through the production line;

- Inspect boards for proper glue application;

- Lock up the beams with an air impact gun once glued;

- Using torque wrench, manually lock up beam to the proper torque;

- Communicate and work as a team during entire process;

- Maintain clean and organized workspace;

- Support other areas of the operations as needed; and

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and continuously be on your feet 90% of the time.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS**

- Labor experience is an asset but not required;

- Reliable, steady work history, includes a good attendance record;

- Must have the ability to follow standard safety procedures;

- Positive attitude, ready to learn and a safety mindset;

- Physically fit and able to stand for 8+ hour shifts, perform repetitive tasks and heavy lifting;

- Must be able to work in moderate to warm environment;

- Basic math skills and effectively read, write and communicate in English; and

- Must be able to pass pre-employment and regular random drug tests.
