Experienced HVAC Service Technician -- Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)**
We are seeking to fill a **full-time, Experienced HVAC Service Technician** to perform skilled HVAC services across various facilities, including installations, diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of mechanical and HVAC systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform **installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair** of HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with **safety and environmental regulations**.
- Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Work collaboratively with the **Facilities Director** and other team members to support operational needs.
**Qualifications:**
- **High School Diploma/GED**
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** as a professional HVAC Technician.
- Extensive knowledge of **HVAC equipment, automated building systems control software, and mechanical systems**.
- **Valid Washington State driver's license** required.
