Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gen AI Architect / Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, particularly with Vertex AI, Agent Force & LLMs, and will be responsible for architecting and integrating cutting-edge AI solutions to drive innovation and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of agentic AI architecture.
  • Integrate Vertex AI and Agent Force to enhance AI capabilities.
  • Develop and manage intelligent workflows using LangChain.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI model performance.
  • Utilize LLM APIs for advanced model interactions and orchestration.
  • Oversee seamless orchestration of AI components and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to AI ethics, governance, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to team development.
  • Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Expertise in Vertex AI for model development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in AgentForce for agent-based system design and management.
  • Strong experience with LangChain for language model workflows.
  • Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere).
  • Strong orchestration and integration skills across AI components.
  • Proficiency in Python and related AI/ML libraries.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership in AI architecture and team collaboration.
