Service Plumber - Licensed

Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential service plumbing and possess the mechanical knowledge necessary to effectively install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems. Looking for a full-time Service Plumber who specializes in residential customer service to diagnose, service, and repair piping systems. This role requires proficiency in various plumbing techniques, as well as the ability to work on residential setting.

Our plumbing technicians typically work 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. This Service Plumber position comes with a competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000/yr, depending on experience. **Duties:**

- Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential buildings

- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures

- Perform pipe threading and cutting as needed

- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

- Create estimates in iPad, leveraging the training provided

- Maintain accurate records of work performed

**Qualifications:**

- Plumbing license (PL-01, 02 or 04)

- Valid driver's license and good driving record
