Duties

-Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial

buildings

-Perform installation tasks such as ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical

connections, and thermostat installation

-Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and make necessary adjustments

-Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate

repairs

-Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all

installations and repairs

-Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and

answering questions

Experience

-Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC technician or installer

-Proficiency in HVAC installation techniques, including knowledge of

ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and thermostat

installation

-Strong understanding of HVAC system components and their functions

-Experience with troubleshooting HVAC system issues and performing repairs

-Familiarity with industry safety protocols and regulations

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Skills:

-HVAC installation

-Air conditioning knowledge

-Service technician experience

-Property maintenance experience

-Field service experience

-Mechanical aptitude

-Appliance repair skills

-Welding skills (preferred)

-Equipment repair experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
