We specialize in large-scale commercial projects, including multi-family housing, retail, hospitality, and institutional spaces. Position Summary: We are seeking experienced and reliable Flooring Installers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the installation of various commercial flooring products including carpet tile, vinyl (VCT, LVT), sheet vinyl, rubber, ceramic tile, hardwood, and laminate. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and level subfloor surfaces for installation (grinding, patching, leveling). - Safely and efficiently install a wide variety of flooring materials. - Operate flooring tools and equipment (e.g., tile cutters, carpet stretchers, floor rollers). - Maintain a clean and organized job site. - Follow safety procedures and comply with OSHA standards. - Communicate with supervisors and project managers regarding progress and issues. - Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards. - Assist with loading/unloading materials and setting up at job sites. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of flooring installation experience (commercial preferred). - Experience with a variety of materials (carpet, LVT, VCT, sheet vinyl, tile, etc.). - Strong knowledge of subfloor preparation and moisture mitigation is a plus. - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments. - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. - Must be punctual, professional, and detail-oriented. - OSHA certification is a plus. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
