SAP C4C Architect
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and delivery of SAP C4C solutions, including Service, Sales, and Marketing cloud modules.
Translate business requirements into effective SAP C4C configurations and enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP technical teams, and external partners to ensure integrated solution design.
Provide guidance on C4C integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other third-party systems using CPI or PI/PO.
Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and create solution documentation (Blueprints, Functional Specs).
Lead configuration, development, and testing efforts for new capabilities and enhancements.
Support go-live and post-production activities including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of overall SAP experience with at least 5 years in SAP C4C (Sales/Service/Marketing).
Hands-on experience with SAP C4C configuration, extensions, and integration using CPI or HCI.
Proven experience with designing end-to-end SAP C4C solutions and integrating with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of C4C data model, workflows, SDK development, and UI configuration.
Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP/REST), OData, and IDocs.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Experience working in Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP C4C Certification.
Experience with SAP BTP and other SAP CX Suite solutions (e.g., Commerce Cloud, Emarsys).
Industry experience in [e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare] is a plus.
