Project Coordinator

Pay Range: $35/hr - $45/hrMust Have:3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management support roles.Ability to prepare diligent close-out documentation, including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, and final inspection reports.Relevant lab or technical facility buildout experience (R D labs preferred; data centers, cleanrooms, and chamber builds are also valuable).Strong familiarity with construction documentation workflows-especially RFIs, submittals, and project close-out procedures.Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple responsibilities while staying organized and detail-oriented.
