Responsibilities Operate the production line and manage product carts. Move materials efficiently around the facility. Engage in lifting and labor tasks with a focus on detail. Maintain high attendance and a 'no job is too small' mentality. Operate forklifts, communicate with warehouse associates, and prioritize safety. Handle materials, move pallets, and ensure a fast-paced workflow. Spend 90% of the time on the forklift and 10% off, assisting with other tasks as needed. Essential Skills At least 2 years of forklift operation experience. Forklift certification is advantageous. Proven forklift safety record. Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production environments. Ability to handle materials, perform assembly, order selection, inventory, material handling, pallet jack operation, loading, and general labor tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to stand for 10+ hours and lift 30+ lbs repeatedly. Experience in a fast-paced environment with trucks coming in and out.
