Construction Laborer

Aerotek's client is hiring IMMEDIATELY for Construction Laborers in Chesterfield, Virginia! This position is aiming to start on the 16th week and will last 7-8 weeks. Responsibilities Perform erosion control tasks such as seeding, spreading seed, and raking straw. Engage in digging and moving materials as needed. Clean the job site to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Assist in setting up and breaking down the job site. Essential Skills 2+ years of outdoor construction experience. Proficiency in construction, excavation, and concrete work. Experience with solar projects, trenching, and digging. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with equipment operation such as skid steer, dozer, or front end loader is a plus. Why Work Here? Expect hot conditions during the summer months, requiring a focus on safety and hydration. Qualified candidates will be given a call within 48 hours of submitting an application Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
