1st Shift MIG/TIG Welder in Prior Lake, MN Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. This position focuses exclusively on MIG welding and is ideal for candidates who are passionate about precision fabrication and working with a variety of metals. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and select structural components. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication. Execute both fixture welding and custom build welding tasks. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization at the welding station. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards. Proven experience with TIG welding techniques and equipment. Familiarity with welding stainless and mild steel. Ability to work from technical drawings and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Welding certification is a plus. 2 years of welding experience. Why Work Here? While the shop supports MIG, TIG, and robotic welding, this role is focused solely on MIG welding. Candidates will work alongside a team of experienced welders in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
